FakturBox is a comprehensive tool designed for micro and small businesses that need a simple, modern, and functional system for issuing invoices online. The project covered the entire UX and UI process—from analyzing user needs to the final graphic prototype and visual style of the brand.
Purpose:
-Quick issuance of VAT invoices, pro forma invoices, corrections, and advance payments
-Intuitive user panel with a vertical menu
-Automatic retrieval of contractor data
-Ability to clone documents and archive them
-Integration with payment and accounting systems
Main features of FakturBox
• Online invoicing – quickly create various types of invoices in accordance with regulations.
• Automatic data completion – integration with GUS and VIES based on tax identification number.
• Invoice delivery and PDF export – instant delivery of documents by email or download in PDF format.
• Contractor and product management – customer and service database in one place.
• Secure access from any device – 24/7 login via a browser.
• Document history and payment statuses – full control over invoice circulation.
• Support for multiple languages and currencies – ideal for companies with foreign customers.
• Accounting and banking integrations – data export, JPK, account verification.
• OCR – recognition of data from cost invoices – automatic reading of data from attached photos or PDF invoices.
Graphic style
The design is based on a combination of modern aesthetics and functionality. A bright, clear palette (whites and shades of blue) was used, with contrasting yellow accents inspired by fintech styling.
Typography: minimalist, legible, and easy on the eye.
Iconography: light, vector icons supporting intuitive navigation.
